Residential Counselor at Eagle Summit in Whiteside, Missouri
Will serve as a member of the treatment team of each Eagle Summit student to ensure that treatment planning goals are being met. Facilitate, in large measure, the socialization and daily living treatment objectives for each student, while ensuring the proper care, supervision, and safety of each assigned student.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, therapeutic recreation, counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. Upon employment, must pursue continue education and/or in-service training required for this position. Must be at least age 21. 1-2 years prior child care experience preferred.

Mentors
The purpose of the Mentor is to further implementation of specific treatment plan goals with assigned at-risk youth. The Mentor will work directly with youth and team emembers to ensure appropriate mentoring components are being delivered and that the quality of services meets agency and accreditation standards,
