RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Children's Foundation prides itself in responding to the needs of society and the needs of each child who comes into care with us. While the agency began by simply giving homes to orphaned children, today we address the needs of increasingly troubled children. Our programs are innovative and time tested.

During 2010, 532 children received residential treatment at one of our homes. Of those children, 85% showed improvement in their Level of Functioning through Axis V/CGAS scores.

Our staff is carefully screened prior to employment and receives on-going training to enable them to give the very best care to each child.

We have several treatment programs to address the individual needs of the children. Each child has an individual treatment plan to address his or her therapeutic needs. Not all programs are offered at every site.

Residential services are provided at numerous locations throughout Missouri, some large, some small. But, at each location, the priority is the healing of broken spirits and psyches of young people.
