INDIVIDUALIZED ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM
The Individualized Alternative Program is designed for clients who are typically lower functioning, have poor social skills, have an Axis I diagnosis, have a history of fairly severe aggression, and the traditional residential setting (large numbers of youth) has proven to be ineffective.
We provide and facilitate community based services based on the need(s) of the youth served on an individualized basis. Professional clinical staff develops and monitors treatment directed services which are built upon the strengths of the individual. Staff ratio is 1 to 3
