FOSTER CARE CASE MANAGEMENT

Children’s Foundation of Mid-America is proud to offer foster care case management services in collaboration with the Missouri Alliance Permanency Partnership.  Our foster care case management consortium is contracted by the State of Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division to serve 591 children who are in the State’s custody. 

Our team of case managers serves 119 of those 591 children every month.  Services provided are delivered with a wraparound philosophy and focus on building family strengths to remedy the issues that led to child abuse and neglect. 

Case Managers build a supportive team of professionals to wrap around the family, work through treatment issues, and support the child and family in creating the most appropriate plan for permanency for the child.  Maintaining safety while achieving great outcomes for kids and families is our highest priority!
