INDIVIDUALIZED ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM

In homes in communities throughout Missouri small groups of children are receiving intensive, individualized treatment. Individualized Alternative Programs provide intensive, individualized treatment for residents that exhibit the need for more specialized services than traditional residential homes. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, recreation, life skills and skills groups with a focus on healthy socialization.

We provide and facilitate community-based services based on the needs of the youth served on an individualized basis. Professional clinical staff develops and monitors treatment-directed services which are built upon the strengths of the youth.

Treatment plans are very behaviorally individualized with each child working towards time-limited attainable goals. Alternative educational needs are met and community involvement is encouraged. Staff ratio is 1 to 3.
