THERAPEUTIC MENTORING
Therapeutic Mentoring and Family Support works to keep children and families intact.
If mentors can intervene in the lives of troubled youth and parents, often they can prevent problems. A treatment plan helps the mentor address matters for each child. Ages 6-17.
Activities may include: Discussing problems; helping with homework; talking and hanging out; connecting with community resources; setting and reaching goals; promoting family strengths.
