FARMINGTON CHILDREN'S HOME

Farmington Children’s Home located in Farmington, Missouri is home to 40 children at any one time. This is where the agency began in 1914. While located on a relatively new campus, the history of providing care for troubled teens is long. We have staff who have decades of experience of helping children through their difficulites.

Through their shared activities and guided development, children find new meaning for the word “home”.

Some of the children live in Intensive Alternative Program cottages on campus and others live in our Intensive Secure Unit which provides safety for children with severe needs.

An individualized treatment plan is developed for each child. Children receive weekly group therapy, individual therapy, and recreational therapy. Every effort is made to give children the opportunity to heal their broken hearts.
